Balloons

Organic garlands, columns and large installations, built on site in your colour palette. Mixed balloon sizes give the full, cloud-like look that photographs so well.

Outdoors, heat, cold and wind shorten a balloon's life, so outdoor lifespan isn't guaranteed. Latex balloons are a choking hazard for children under 8 and contain latex, so please tell us about any allergies. We never do balloon or helium releases. Full details are in our booking policies.

Booking policies

Reserving your date

A request doesn't hold your date. It's reserved once you approve your quote, sign the agreement and pay the retainer.

Retainer

Smaller bookings: a 50% non-refundable retainer. Larger bookings: 30% at booking and 30% at 60 days out.

Balance due

The balance is always due 14 days before your event. Pay by e-Transfer, credit or debit.

Cancellations

More than 30 days out: we keep the retainer and you owe nothing more. 30 days to 48 hours: 50% of the total. Under 48 hours: 100%.

Date changes

Plans shift. You get one free date change to a new date within 12 months, subject to availability.

Damage & loss

No damage deposit on full-service installs. If a piece is damaged or goes missing during your event, it's charged at replacement cost.

Good to know before you request

How do your quotes work?

Every quote is built for your event and already includes design, delivery, setup and takedown within 35 km of Edmonton. Bigger sizes, fresh flowers, extra pieces or a venue outside our local zone each show up as their own line, so you see everything before you approve anything.

Are delivery, setup and takedown really included?

Yes. Within 35 km of Edmonton, on orders that meet our minimum, you pay nothing extra for us to deliver, set up before guests arrive and take everything down afterward. Further out, a travel fee applies and is shown in your quote. See travel zones.

Can I add à la carte items to a package?

Absolutely. Any item on this page can be added to any package, and some cost less when you do, like a neon sign added to a package. Compare packages.

Why do fresh flowers cost more than faux?

Fresh flowers are priced by the stem and by the season, and they're arranged in the days just before your event. That's why fresh florals cost more. Our styled faux florals cost less, look full from start to finish, and won't wilt in a warm July tent.

How far ahead should I book?

For weddings, 3–12 months ahead. For parties, at least 72 hours. Orders placed less than 7 days before the event carry a 15% rush fee, and for anything under 72 hours, please call or text (587) 594-6247 so we can tell you right away what's possible.

Can I get a price for something that isn't listed?

Yes. Send your inspiration photos, colours and venue through our booking form, and we'll reply within 24 hours with ideas and a quote.
