How quickly will you reply?
Within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday. Messages sent on Sunday are answered first thing Monday. If your event is less than 72 hours away, call or text so we see it right away.
Can I visit you in person?
We're a mobile studio, so we come to you. There's no storefront to visit. We plan by phone, video call or message, and design from photos and floor plans of your venue. For larger installs, we can arrange a walkthrough at your venue.
Is sending a booking request a commitment?
No. A request lets us check your date and prepare a quote, free and with no obligation. Your date is reserved once you approve your quote, sign your agreement and pay your retainer.
