Setup finished before your guests arrive
We plan around your venue's access times and are done, tidied and out of the way before the doors open.

Your quote and mockup list every piece. If a flower or item is ever unavailable, we tell you and match the look.

Travel, rush and late-teardown fees are published on our site and only apply if your event needs them.
We leave the venue as we found it

See all FAQsHow far in advance should I book?
For weddings, we recommend booking 3 to 12 months ahead. For birthdays, showers and other parties, give us at least 72 hours. Bookings made less than 7 days out carry a 15% rush fee, and for anything under 72 hours, please call or text (587) 594-6247 so we can confirm right away.
What's included in a quote?
Every quote includes design, delivery, setup and takedown within 35 km of Edmonton. Packages also include a design consultation and a free digital mockup once booked. Optional fees, like travel beyond 35 km, rush bookings and teardown after 11 pm, are listed on our Booking Policies page and only apply if your event needs them. All prices are in CAD.
How do I reserve my date, and how much is the retainer?
Sending a booking request doesn't hold your date yet. Your date is reserved once you approve your quote, sign your agreement and pay your retainer.
For smaller bookings, the retainer is 50% and non-refundable. For larger bookings, you pay 30% at booking and 30% at 60 days out. The balance is always due 14 days before your event.
Do you travel outside Edmonton?
Yes. Delivery within 35 km of Edmonton is included in every quote, which covers St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove, Beaumont and Leduc. Further out, including Stony Plain, Fort Saskatchewan, Camrose and Red Deer, a travel fee is shown in your quote.
Can I customize a package?
Absolutely. Swap pieces, change the colours, or add anything from our à la carte menu, like an extra backdrop, more centrepieces or uplights. Have something completely different in mind? Tell us your idea and we'll quote it.
