From request to setup in four steps

Tell us about your event

Send the booking form with your date, venue and guest count. Inspiration photos help, but they're optional.
Get ideas and a clear quote

We reply within 24 hours with design ideas and an itemised quote, with every fee shown up front.
Reserve your date

Your date is held once you approve the quote, sign the agreement and pay the retainer. Then we send your free digital mockup.
We set up and take down

We finish before your guests arrive and come back to pack everything away. You just enjoy the day.

FAQ

Entrance decor questions

Can you personalise the welcome sign?

Yes. The entrance set comes with a welcome sign from our collection. To put your names, date or a short message on it, add a custom welcome sign (see add-ons). We send you the wording to approve in writing before it's made, and final wording is due with your balance, 14 days before your event.

Can I book the entrance set on its own?

On its own, the entrance set may fall under our minimum order, so it's usually booked with an arch, a backdrop or centrepieces, or as part of a package. Our Signature wedding package already includes an entrance set with a sign and two floral pillars, and the Luxe engagement and baptism packages include one too.

Can entrance decor go outside?

Yes, for a ceremony entrance, a patio or a front walk. We weight pillars and easels for prairie wind, and we use faux florals by default because they handle sun, wind and cold far better than fresh. If the forecast turns, we'll work with you and your venue to move the setup to a sheltered spot nearby.

Can you move the pieces from the ceremony to the reception?

Often, yes. If both are at the same venue and our team is on site, we can move the sign and pillars at an agreed time. If it means waiting around or making a return trip, we'll quote it up front so there are no surprises.

Can I have fresh flowers on the pillars?

Absolutely. Our standard designs use premium faux florals, which look full in photos and won't wilt before your last guest arrives. Fresh florals are quoted at seasonal prices once we know your flowers and your date.
