Pick your event to see three tiers and exactly what each one includes. Every package can be customized: swap pieces, change the colours or add à la carte decor.
From the ceremony arch to the last centrepiece, each wedding package is designed around your colours, your venue and your guest count. You approve a digital mockup before the day, and we handle delivery, setup and takedown so nobody in your family spends the morning on a ladder.
Every wedding package meets our minimum for Saturday weddings from May to October. We recommend booking 3–12 months ahead.
Ideal for intimate weddings of up to about 80 guests, or a ceremony and reception in the same room.

First birthdays, sweet 16s, the big 3-0 and every milestone after it. These tiers work just as well for baby showers: same inclusions, styled in soft pastels, warm neutrals or your own theme. Tell us the name or number and we'll add the decal.
Parties need at least 72 hours' notice. Bookings less than 7 days out carry a 15% rush fee.

Ceiling & roof decor
Add a ceiling to any package or book it on its own. Every ceiling uses flame-rated fabric, follows your venue's rigging rules and includes installation and removal. Lifts, if your venue needs them, are passed through at cost.

Luxe is priced “from” because a ceiling canopy and a flower wall scale with the size of your room. We confirm the final price once we've seen your venue, before you pay anything.

Packages are a starting point, not a box. If you have a Pinterest board, a venue with tricky ceilings or an idea nobody has tried yet, we'll design it from scratch.

Booking policies
No surprise fees. Here's the short version; the full policies are one click away.
Sending a request doesn't hold your date. It's reserved once your quote is approved, your agreement is signed and your retainer is paid.
Smaller bookings: a 50% non-refundable retainer. Larger bookings: 30% at booking and 30% at 60 days out. The balance is always due 14 days before your event.
More than 30 days out, we keep the retainer and you owe nothing more. 30 days to 48 hours: 50% of the total. Under 48 hours: 100%. One free date change within 12 months, subject to availability.
Included within 35 km of Edmonton, which covers St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove, Beaumont and Leduc. Further out (Stony Plain, Fort Saskatchewan, Devon, Morinville, Camrose, Wetaskiwin, Westlock, Red Deer and beyond), a travel fee is shown in your quote.
A minimum order applies, higher for Saturday weddings from May to October. Under 7 days' notice: +15%. Teardown after 11 pm: a late-teardown fee applies; next-morning pickup is free if your venue allows it.
Full-service installs need no damage deposit. If guests damage or lose a piece, it's charged at replacement cost.

Yes. Swap an item for something of similar value, change the colours, or add any à la carte piece, like extra centrepieces, uplights or a neon sign. Your quote shows every line, so you can see exactly what changed.
The from-price covers everything listed, in our standard styling, at a venue within 35 km of Edmonton. It only changes if the design changes: fresh florals instead of styled faux florals, more tables, a bigger room or higher ceiling, a venue outside our included zone, or a booking less than 7 days out. You'll see the full price in your quote before you commit to anything.
Our packages use styled faux florals: high-quality silk blooms arranged to your palette, which look fresh all day in any weather. Prefer fresh flowers? We'll quote the upgrade.
Once you've booked, we send a digital mockup of your setup showing the layout, colours and key pieces, so you can approve the design or ask for changes before the day. The Wedding Luxe package goes further, with a 3D mockup and a walkthrough at your venue.

Yes. The Birthday & milestones tiers work the same way for baby showers, gender reveals, graduations and anniversaries. We simply style them for the occasion, from soft pastels to warm neutrals. See the birthday & milestone packages.
Yes. Delivery, setup and takedown are included within 35 km of Edmonton, which covers St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove, Beaumont and Leduc. Further out, including Stony Plain, Fort Saskatchewan, Camrose and Red Deer, a travel fee is shown in your quote.
It can, with a few honest caveats. Heat, cold, sun and wind all affect latex balloons, so we can't guarantee how long they'll last outdoors. Please tell us about any latex allergies, and keep balloons and popped pieces away from children under 8, as they're a choking hazard. We never do balloon releases.
We arrive with everything, finish setup before your guests arrive (usually 2 to 4 hours before your start time) and come back to take it all down. Teardown after 11 pm carries a late-teardown fee; next-morning pickup is free if your venue allows it.
