Our story
New studio, obsessive standards
StarHaus Décor started with a simple idea: beautiful decor shouldn't be stressful. Planning a celebration too often means messaging five decorators, waiting days for a reply and still not knowing what you'll get. We wanted to build the studio we'd want to hire ourselves.
So we reply within 24 hours with a clear, itemized quote. We show you your design before the day, so nothing about the room is a surprise when you walk in. And we handle delivery, setup and takedown ourselves, so you can spend your day with your guests instead of a ladder and a roll of tape.
We're a new studio, and we won't pretend otherwise. You won't find made-up reviews or inflated numbers here. What you will find is careful planning, honest quotes and a reply to every message within 24 hours. Every setup we build is one we want you to be proud to show off. That's what we mean by obsessive standards.

Delivery, setup and takedown are included within 35 km of Edmonton. We arrive on schedule, finish before guests arrive and pack out everything we bring.

Tell us about your event
Send a booking request with your date, venue and a few inspiration photos. It takes about 3 minutes and there's no obligation.

Get ideas and a clear quote
Within 24 hours we reply with design ideas, availability and an itemized quote, with every fee shown.

Reserve and refine
Approve your quote, sign your agreement and pay your retainer to reserve your date. Then we send your free mockup and fine-tune it together.

We style, you celebrate
We deliver and set up before guests arrive, then take everything down after your event. You don't lift a thing.
Punctual, every time
- We confirm load-in times with you and your venue the week of your event.
- Setup is finished before guests arrive, usually 2 to 4 hours before your start time.
- We coordinate directly with your venue coordinator, so you don't have to play messenger.
- We arrive with a setup plan and a timeline built from your approved mockup, not guesswork.
Clean, careful takedown
- Takedown happens the same night, or the next morning at no charge if your venue allows.
- We pack out everything we brought, down to the last balloon clipping and candle drip.
- We follow your venue's rules on open flame, fastenings and access times.
- You leave with your guests. We leave the room the way we found it.

Edmonton & area
We're based in Edmonton and bring everything to you: the decor, the tools, the steamers and a plan for every load-in. Delivery, setup and takedown are included within 35 km of Edmonton, which covers St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove, Beaumont and Leduc. Further out, travel is a flat zone fee or a per-kilometre rate, published upfront so you know the cost before you book.
