We reply within 24 hours with design ideas and an itemised quote, with every fee shown up front.
Reserve your date

Your date is held once you approve the quote, sign the agreement and pay the retainer. Then we send your free digital mockup.
We set up and take down

We finish before your guests arrive and come back to pack everything away. You just enjoy the day.

Stage & table questions

Do you supply the tables and chairs?

Most Edmonton venues supply tables, chairs and a stage or riser, so our quotes cover styling them: draping, florals, candles and accents. If your venue doesn't have a sweetheart table, or you'd love statement chairs for the two of you, tell us in your request and we'll quote them.

How big a head table is included?

Head table styling starts with a straight table for a wedding party of up to 10 people. Longer tables, U-shapes, two-tier tables and extra florals are quoted to your layout, and you'll see the exact price before you book.

Can you add a backdrop behind our table?

Yes, and it's the most popular pairing. Choose a shimmer, round or panel backdrop, a flower wall or a lit wall drape. Our Signature wedding package bundles head table draping and florals with a 24 ft lit reception backdrop.

Is stage decor only for weddings?

Not at all. The same 16–20 ft stage look works for anniversaries, milestone birthdays, galas and award nights. For corporate events we can work in your logo and brand colours. Wider stages and custom builds are quoted to your venue.

Are the florals real or faux?

Our standard designs use premium faux florals. They look full, photograph beautifully and won't wilt under warm room or stage lights. Fresh florals are available and quoted at seasonal prices once we know your flowers and your date.
