Styled centrepieces start at 8 tables, and a minimum order applies to your whole booking, so most hosts pair centrepieces with head table styling, a backdrop or entrance decor.
Every quote includes design, delivery, setup and takedown within 35 km of Edmonton.

Tell us your table count, venue and colours, and choose a style above. It takes about two minutes.
Within 24 hours we reply with design ideas and an itemized quote. Every fee is listed up front.
Your date is held once you approve the quote, sign the agreement and pay the retainer. Then we send your free digital mockup.
Everything is finished before your guests arrive, and we clear it all away afterwards. You enjoy the day.
Questions
Styled centrepieces are designed, prepped and packed as a matching set, so 8 tables is where the work makes sense. Hosting a smaller dinner? Ask us anyway. We can often fold a few centrepieces into a larger order.
Yes, and it's one of the best ways to add height and rhythm to a room. Alternate tall and low across the floor, or save tall pieces for the tables nearest the head table. Each table is priced at its own rate.
We use flameless candles by default. They look warm, they're safe around linens and florals, and many venues require them. Where your venue allows open flame, we can use real candles, always enclosed in glass.
For styled low and tall centrepieces, the vessels, stands, candles and faux florals are ours and come back with us at takedown. With fresh-floral centrepieces the flowers are yours to take home; we collect the vases and stands.
We need your final count 14 days before your event, when your balance is due. Until then, it's easy to add or remove tables; just let us know.
