Setup is complete before your first guest walks in, usually 2–4 hours ahead. We confirm load-in times with your venue in advance, so nobody is rushing on the day.

What you can count on
Our promise
The standards we hold ourselves to on every booking, from a single balloon garland to a full ballroom.
What you approve is what you get
You sign off on the design, colours and full item list before your event. If a bloom or balloon shade is ever unavailable, we check with you first and offer a like-for-like or better swap.
No surprise fees
Prices include design, delivery, setup and takedown within 35 km of Edmonton. Anything extra, like travel further out, rush orders or teardown after 11 pm, is listed openly and written into your quote before you agree to anything.
We leave the venue as we found it
We take down and pack out everything we brought, right down to the zip ties, balloon weights and stray petals. Same night, or the next morning if your venue allows.
A reply within 24 hours
Send a request Monday to Saturday and a real person replies within 24 hours with ideas and a clear quote. Messages sent on a Sunday are answered first thing Monday.
Everything in writing
Your quote, item list, timings and policies are set out in one simple agreement. Your date is reserved once you approve the quote, sign and pay the retainer. From then on, it's yours.

When reviews start arriving, this is how they'll appear here. You'll always be able to read the full, unfiltered list on Google.
- Every client gets the same short, neutral request after their event, whether the day was perfect or not.
- We never offer discounts, gifts or credit in exchange for a review.
- Reviews shown here are real, quoted word for word, and shared only with the reviewer's written permission.
- We show a first name and last initial, the type of event and the month. Nothing more personal.
- If a reviewer is a friend or relative, or works with us, we say so beside their review.
