Within 24 hours we reply with design ideas and an itemized quote. Every fee is listed up front.
Your date is held once you approve the quote, sign the agreement and pay the retainer. Then we send your free digital mockup.
Everything is finished before your guests arrive, and we clear it all away afterwards. You enjoy the day.
Questions
Faux-floral arches look the same from setup to last dance, handle heat, cold and wind, and can be designed weeks ahead. Fresh-floral arches bring real texture and scent; your quote depends on which blooms are in season for your date.
Many couples choose fresh for the ceremony arch and faux for pieces that stay up all night. We'll show you both in your quote if you're unsure.
Often, yes. If both are at the same venue and there's time between them, we can move your arch to frame the sweetheart table or a photo spot. Tell us your timeline when you request, and we'll confirm in your quote whether a move works and what it involves.
Yes. Every arch is anchored with weighted bases or sandbags, and we check the forecast with you in the days before. Prairie wind is real, so in a strong gust we may lower or secure an arch for safety. If your ceremony is in a public park, check whether the site needs a booking or permit.
Balloon arches outdoors are affected by heat, cold and wind, so we can't guarantee how long they'll last outside.
For most events a single arch is all you need to book. Saturday weddings from May to October have a higher minimum order, so most couples pair an arch with centrepieces, a backdrop or entrance decor, or choose a wedding package. We confirm any minimum for your date in your quote.
For weddings, 3 to 12 months ahead is ideal, especially for summer Saturdays. For parties, we need at least 72 hours. Bookings made less than 7 days out carry a 15% rush fee, and under 72 hours we ask you to call or text us.
